NO REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT.
All return items must be sent back within 5 days after receiving the package for EXCHANGE/ STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Returned items must be in original unworn and unwashed free of any odors, tears or stains with all MGX Collection product tags attached.
ALL OUR ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
If return is requested, your item(s) will be received and inspected. Once item(s) is received, you will be notified that we have received your returned item(s) and if return was approved or rejected.
Once accepted, return will be processed and store credit will be issued.
If rejected, package will be not accepted or returned to sender.
COSTUMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING RETURN COSTS.
STORE CREDIT is issued as an E-GIFT CARD via email in original purchase amount and taxes if applied.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Items purchased with store credit will be FINAL SALE.
ALL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
All items purchased on sale or with a promo code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. This also includes items such as bodysuits, and swimsuits; they are are non-returnable.
Defective/Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue store credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving at support@mgxcollection.com
Return address is the same as on the package.
If the item was received thru local pickup it must be returned at same local pickup location.
